Falling for the lies of others is incredibly humiliating...or humbling depending on how you look at it! When I believed the lies of a false teacher, at first I was humiliated and embarrassed that I would have been so gullible. Then, after some tender God care, i started to see my humiliation was just my pride getting knocked down to size. The, I was humbled that God would open my eyes and give me the strength to pick up and move on! "I believe words have as much power as we give them." SO TRUE!!!! Just the other day this truth became so real to me. No one has power over us unless we give it to them :0).
