Ah, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, right? Understanding the respect that He deserves is so essential to our ability to trust Him and not be afraid. I love Elijah- and I love your emphasis on his honesty. I hadn't really thought about it like that. My boy has been struggling with dishonesty- this is a good reminder for me to pray that he would be an Elijah!
I think it's something most of us struggle with, but definitely a phase for the young ones as they learn it doesn't actually get them what they want. ((hugs))
